The terms that apply when you use the Rebuild Home Path website.
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of rebuildhomepath.com, operated by Rebuild Home Path ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, submitting a form or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Construction work is governed by a separate signed contract, which prevails for that project.
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content with automated tools, submit false information, impersonate others or send spam through our forms.
Articles and service descriptions are general information, not engineering, architectural, legal, insurance or financial advice. Building codes, landmark rules and products vary and change, so consult qualified professionals before making decisions. Images may be illustrative.
An assessment or estimate is not a contract. Pricing reflects information available at the time and may change after demolition reveals hidden conditions. Scope, price, materials, schedule and payment terms are fixed only in a signed agreement, and any changes are documented in written change orders.
Many projects require permits, inspections or approvals from building management, co operative boards or landmark authorities. Timelines depend on these bodies, and we cannot guarantee approval. Your contract will set out who is responsible for each application.
Financing, home loan and warranty products are offered by independent providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for third party products, services, decisions or websites.
Website content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Rebuild Home Path or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use only.
By sending information or images, you confirm you may share them and that they are accurate, and you allow us to use them to respond and provide services as described in our Privacy Policy.
For our projects, you agree to provide reasonable access, share known hazards and keep children and pets away from work areas. Work may pause during severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Please give as much notice as possible to reschedule or cancel appointments. Cancellation terms for signed projects, including rights under New York or federal law, are set out in your contract.
Many buildings require contractors to provide certificates of insurance before work begins. We maintain insurance appropriate to our work and can provide certificates naming your building or management company where required. Your own homeowner or renter insurance remains your responsibility.
Work in shared buildings and attached homes affects neighbours. We follow building rules for working hours, elevator use, deliveries and debris removal, and we protect common areas. You agree to help us by sharing relevant building rules and contacts before work begins.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties for completed work are limited to those in your contract and any manufacturer warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuild Home Path and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of the website.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebuild Home Path and its owners, employees and partners from claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes relating to these terms or the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use means you accept the changes. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
